Our Advertisement;;During the Marauder's time, James and Severus were the worst of enemies. Severus was known as "Snivelous," which James created. Soon, James went a little too far, and the next thing you know, Severus was hanging up backwards in the air, his robes showing something that no one needed to see. Lily and Severus were still friends, and once Lily showed up, she tried to have Severus, only to be called "Mudblood." Lily, furious, was about to crash Severus in the floor, only to hear Severus say "I love you." Severus not only let "Mudblood" slip out if his mouth, but because he couldn't take it anymore, managed to choke out "I love you. James, who had a crush on Lily, ran off, and was barely seen. Soon, Lily Potter and Severus Snape married. James married Dorcas Meadowes, and well, the rest as people say, is history.
After 20 years, Lord Voldemort rose power. Severus Snape overheard the prophecy. Although Harry Snape had the same birthday in the prophecy, Lord Voldemort decided to go on to Neville Longbottom, since Severus Snape and Lily Snape were loyal Death Eaters. Neville's parents were already harmed by Bellatrix, so there was no one to protect Neville. Neville died on Halloween night, October 31. Only, the prophecy still stretched on. Everyone but Voldemort and his death eaters knew : Neville wasn't the child in the prophecy.
Ah, yes. I forgot to tell you about the children. The couple had four children: Harry Snape and Alexis Snape, who ended up in Slytherin, and Matthew Snape and Alison Snape, who ended up in Gryffindor. The Gryffindor trio never existed, only the Slytherin trio did, with Harry, Alexis, and Draco together. Not only that, they are also death eaters. But yet, Harry Snape is the child in the prophecy, but who would suspect Voldemort to kill him?
The darkness as arisen as Voldemort is raising more and more power. 1997 at Hogwarts isn't the best year in Hogwarts history. Instead, it's the worse. Albus Dumbledore has been slayed and now Lily Snape is headmistress, while Minerva McGonagall is only alternate headmistress. Defense Against Dark Arts is taught by death eater Amycus, only DADA turns into Dark Arts, and Alecto teaches Muggle studies, and convinces the students that muggles are animals, not people.
There is no trio to fight together and defend Hogwarts. And when Voldemort finally comes to the school, it seems like Darkness will last forever.
